Physical activity contributes to normal growth and development, reduces the risk of several chronic diseases, and helps people function better throughout the day and sleep better at night. Even short bouts of physical activity can improve health and wellness. But now a days I feel like physical activity is ,major issue issue in our society and young generation generation stick of mobiles which can effect there mental health

  6. lack of skill
  7. lack of resources (eg, recreational facilities, exercise equipment)
